Sermon Series: "A Declaration of War"  (Series started on July 19, 2020)

Supporting Text: Ephesians 6:10-12

 

 

Several weeks ago, Pastor Ron was impressed in prayer to declare war against the Covid virus that is sweeping the country. His messages focus on the power of prayer and the authority of the church to come against this disease. The real enemy is the demonic spirit that drives this sickness and the fear that has captivated the entire world. Because of the constant repetition of how bad the virus is and how we should distance ourselves from others, unbelief has taken hold in the church and is smothering the faith of many. On a larger scale, the mission of the church has been for the most part locked down. God is the only one who can give us victory over this pandemic. The church must arm itself with the armor of God and use it through fervent prayer and the exercise of faith. By God’s grace we will pray a wall of fire around our homes, church, communities, and county to give evidence of the power and glory of God.
